Welcome to Scooby Hotel, Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions below. These rules help ensure that every furry guest enjoys a safe, clean, and happy stay — and that every pawrent feels confident leaving their beloved pet with us.

1. Health Requirements

All guests must arrive in good health and free from any contagious conditions, including fleas, ticks, and skin infections.

If a pet is found to have fleas or ticks upon arrival, Scooby Hotel provides a flea cleaning service at a fee of IDR 150,000 for small dogs and IDR 250,000 for big dogs.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry if the pawrent declines treatment or if the pet’s condition poses a health risk to others.

2. Check-In Requirements

  1. Upon check-in, pawrents are required to:
  2. Present their pet’s vaccination record/book
  3. Present a valid ID card (KTP)
  4. Complete full payment before or upon arrival
  5. Incomplete documentation or unpaid bookings may result in cancellation of the stay.

3. Age Limit

  1. Only dogs aged three (3) months or older are allowed to stay at Scooby Hotel.
  2. Puppies younger than 3 months are not eligible for boarding due to health and safety reasons.

4. Female Dogs in Heat

  1. Female dogs that are currently in heat (loop period) are not permitted to stay at Scooby Hotel.
  2. This rule is in place to maintain a safe and calm environment for all guests.

5. Food Policy

To ensure your pet’s comfort and consistent diet, we recommend bringing your dog’s regular food.

This helps prevent digestive issues and maintains familiar feeding routines.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Scooby Hotel reserves the right to:

  1. Refuse service to any pet or owner who does not comply with our rules
  2. Terminate a stay if a pet’s condition or behavior is unsafe for staff or other guests
  3. Make adjustments to policies for the safety and comfort of all boarders
  4. All decisions made by Scooby Hotel management regarding health, safety, or conduct are final.
