All guests must be healthy — no fleas, ticks, or skin issues.
(We offer flea cleaning: IDR 150k for small dogs / 250k for big dogs.)

Female Dogs in Heat
Sorry, female dogs in their heat period cannot stay.
Bring Your Own Food
We recommend bringing your dog’s usual food to keep them comfy and healthy.
Right to Refuse Service
Scooby Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or end a stay if any rule is not followed or the pet’s condition is unsafe.
